Summer Nostalgia: Slovakia

Recently I’ve been planning summer adventures as spring is now upon us and its caused me to get quite nostalgic about this past summer. Here is a little series of photos I took while hiking though the High Tetras mountains in Slovakia. The hike was 3 days long including approach, assent to the peak and then walk back round the mountain on the final day. Luckily we had the convenience of staying in mountain huts along the way but on the final night pitched the tent by the lake on the last photo. It was shot on a mix of Portra 400 and Ektar 100.

Film Camera: Canon 30v w/ 50mm f/1.8 and 16-35mm f/4 L IS lenses.

Hollingdean with Inês

This set of images was a fun little shoot I did with my friend and photographer, Inês. It came about as a test shoot for future projects we have in the works but ended up being a fun day hanging out at the park taking pictures.

Ashdown Forest with Jerome

For this shoot my friend Jerome and I took a drive on a sunny winters day to Ashdown Forest in the Sussex countryside. Filming B-roll for a passion project of his, I brought along my Medium format and 35mm cameras to capture the day out.
